Fake mails using FCA's name
FCA is aware of fake emails, popularly called "phishing" emails regarding job advertisements, job offers and competition award notifications. These emails use FCA’s name to pretend they are genuine and exist solely for the purpose of obtaining private information about consumers (e.g. credit card numbers or passwords). These emails have no connection with FCA and FCA does not use these methods for job advertising or competition / award winner activity.
Unfortunately these fake emails are a growing fraud on the Internet. This practice is carried out either by the sending of a bogus email directly to a victim, or by directing them to a website where personal information is requested.
FCA advises that if you receive an email using FCA’s name and asking for personal information or financial information and have concerns about its authenticity, then please treat such emails with extreme caution and do not reveal your personal & financial details.
Warranty with Road Side Assistance*
The warranty applies to vehicles up to 7 years of age. There are exclusions for wear and tear parts which will be made available for customers in the warranty policy document. Road Side Assistance extended for the vehicles up to 5 years of age with inclusions and exclusions in policy document.
Finance condition for Zero Down Payment
Finance offers are based on the new vehicle ex-showroom price prevailing at the time of sale. In order to avail of zero down payment, the vehicle should be free of any lien or hypothecation at the time of upgrade. The down payment is for a specific loan amount and tenure and will vary based on the variant, and location of sale. Offer includes the estimated residual value of a select used car subject to final physical evaluation by the dealer. Scheme available from the select financier for a limited period only and loan sanction will be at the sole discretion of the financier.
